Parishioners participate fully in worship and find joy, comfort, and sustenance in the liturgy.

Traditionally, Rite I is celebrated at 8 a.m. This contemplative service is without music.

Rite II is celebrated at 10:30 a.m. with music by the Parish Choir and instrumentalists.

A homecooked dinner, prepared by parish volunteers, is served to our students from Washington and Lee University and cadets from Virginia Military Institute.

 Nursery and child care
Children are welcome at all services. Nursery for infants and toddlers is available during both Sunday morning services. From 10:30 to 11:15, children are invited to experience their own creative worship time in Children’s Word (Parish House) before forming a procession into the church for a Children’s Sermon (the first Sunday of the month) and to be with their families for Communion.
