Choirs and ensembles Parish Choir The Parish Choir is open to all who wish to sing and share their talents in our music ministry. The choir sings a variety of music for the 10:30 service each Sunday and is made up of adults, college and high school students. New members are always welcome and encouraged. Rehearsals: Thursdays, 7:30 – 9:00 St. Francis Choir The St. Francis Choir is made up of children 2nd grade and up. This choir sings at the 10:30 service about twice per month and at special services such as Christmas Eve. We learn about different musical styles, music-reading, and vocal production. We also try to provide a spiritually nourishing environment focusing on the whole person, and recognizing that singing is an activity that will nourish us our whole lives. Rehearsals: Wednesdays, 3:15-4:30 Rise and Sing All ages, children through adult, meet in the choir room at 9:15 Sunday mornings for Rise and Sing, a time of community music-making. Sing new and favorite songs, meet new friends, and begin your Sunday morning on the right note! Instrumental Music and Handbells For many services we feature members and guests who play instruments. If you play an instrument, on any level beginner to advanced, or would like to learn to ring handbells, we encourage you to offer your gifts! Rehearsals: as needed  |
